Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vyomi website, in-browser simulator, and downloadable appliance (the "Services"), provided by Vyomi, Inc. ("Vyomi", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Vyomi is a multi-cloud digital twin runtime — a faithful, locally-runnable environment that responds to standard AWS, GCP and Azure SDKs, CLIs and Terraform. Vyomi runs on your own machine or in your browser; it is a development and testing tool, not a production cloud provider.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
3. License & acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and your subscription tier, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal development, testing and learning purposes. You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Services as a hosted offering to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- Reverse engineer, circumvent license controls, or misrepresent your subscription tier;
- Use the Services to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are as shown on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
5. Intellectual property
Vyomi and its underlying software, content and trademarks are and remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain all rights to the code, configurations and data you create using the Services — we claim no ownership over your work.
6. Third-party names & SDKs
Vyomi is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, or any other cloud provider. "AWS", "Google Cloud", "Azure" and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party SDKs, CLIs or tools you use with Vyomi.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Vyomi simulates cloud behavior with high fidelity but does not guarantee identical behavior to any live cloud provider. Do not rely on Vyomi as a substitute for validating against production infrastructure where correctness is critical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyomi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vyomi harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Vyomi, Inc.'s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
